Description

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Kewl Tune" monster from your Deck or GY to your hand, except a Level 3 monster. If this card is sent to the GY as Synchro Material: You can target 1 Spell/Trap your opponent controls; destroy it.
